Refund & Return Policy 


Faulty Goods

If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe. However the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product depending on the nature of the goods, the price paid and any representations made about the goods.

If there is a fault or issue with the item, you may choose a refund or exchange. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Good Games cannot provide a refund or exchange, whether the fault is identified by Good Games or the manufacturer. Good Games will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Please choose carefully when purchasing TCG Singles from us, as change of mind returns will not be provided for these items. All TCG Singles sales placed and paid for are final.

Condition of TCG Singles

All near mint cards listed on our site are just that: “near mint.” We cannot guarantee that any of our cards are in pristine condition. Near mint does not take into account centering or print quality, this is simply the physical condition of the card itself. We do not consider an “off center” card to be faulty and as such we will not offer refunds or exchanges if you are unsatisfied. 

“Near mint” does not indicate that a card is in good gradable condition, beside the fact that it has no noticeable nicks, dings, scratches or damages. 

Pricing Error Policy

We strive to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if payment has already been made.

Missing Orders / Order Errors

In the rare event your order has an error or is lost, missing or doesn’t arrive, please contact us as soon as possible at adelaide@goodgames.com.au. Please provide your order number as well as any relevant photos or information so we can work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Good Games Adelaide, 88 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
